Aaron McCullagh , R.Kin - Owner of Balanced Life Services and Host of Health's Kitchen Podcast

In this episode, I interview Aaron McCallugh, Registered Kinesiologist, Wellness Consultant, Occupational Health Specialist and founder of Balanced Life Services. Aaron completed his Human Kinetics degree at Guelph and continued at Humber College with a post graduate certificate in exercise science and lifestyle management. Currently, Aaron works for TriFit and Medisys while working on Balanced Life Services and it's podcast, Health’s Kitchen. Balanced Life Services’s goal is to create ways for restaurant employees to perform their best while boosting business performances for restaurant owners. Health's Kitchen discusses this issue with various guests including other R.Kins.
